Good tea starts with good storage.

Keep tea sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odours. For Pu-erh, break off a small piece, rinse briefly with hot water and use short infusions. For white tea, use water just below boiling and allow the leaves to open gradually. Adjust the amount of leaf and steeping time to your taste rather than chasing a single perfect recipe.
